DISC is an assessment that measures four separate factors: Dominance, Influence, Steadiness, and Compliance.

Put simply: the DISC assessment measures how a person does what they do. The DISC profile creates a language around observable behavior, which in turn improves communication, engagement, and self-development. This DISC assessment ALSO measures NATURAL style and ADAPTED style.  In our debriefing and coaching session, we will discuss how the natural and adapted styles show up in your life, and how to target your talents to meet the demands of reality with the most opportunities for success.
